Ive had an ice cap kalk reactor sitting around for awhile. Going to set it up when my nee ATO reservoir gets here.
Question is:
How much kalk should I put in there? I understand that at max saturation, PH will be around 12.
Obviously, after running, the kalk solution in the reactor will eventually dilute and kalk concentration per dose will drop. How do I know when it's time to add more? Just make sure it stays milky and call it good?
Im currently going through about 1tbsp/week of kalk just running it through my ATO, but there's always the un-mixed slurry in the bottom of the reservoir. Will i get more out of that tbsp by using the reactor?
Thanks!
