Refug Light Colors?

I’m trying to grow Cheto and my light has custom colors to pick from.

I read purple and red are good but how about Cyan? Should I do a little white?

whats the best option to get the most growth? Thanks!

IMO, cheato grows best with full spectrum white, the purple seems to do great for algae like a turf scrubber.

Mine is almost completely pink and red. I use neptune gro light with great success.
