refugium question?

I am soon getting a new tank setup(deep blue 34g rimless) and I want to use my 20g long refugium that is in my frag tank. would removing the refugium from the tank cause a huge problem? I don't want to kill the stuff in the frag tank.

Any time you make a change like that stuff goes haywire. That doesn't mean it won't work, but I would expect some hurdles

Not sure what you are asking?

Do you have a 20g long refugium in your frag tank or do you have a 20 g that is part frag part refugium and what do you want to use it for? Are just making a bigger frag tank?
