Just ordered a Aqueon QuietFlow AQ1700 pump. The pump I have (Deep Blue Triton3) started making some weird sounds. I 1st thought a snail got in it. I took it apart and no shell. The noise did quiet down after an hour. I didn't want to chance it, so I order a new pump for a back up. I didn't know if Aqueon was any good. Does anyone have any experience with the quietflow pumps? If so, your thoughts on it.
Btw, the triton3 is a little big for my needs so I decided for a lower gph pump.
