Thoughts? Any improvement can you suggest?

Aluminium foil covered 100W Hydroponic LED light <full spectrum 100 red, 35 blue, 10 white, 5 infra red> with gooseneck clip on and secured with 3 (am thinking to add 2 more for safety purposes) sticky squares 3M.

It should work as a light. Looks kind of jury rigged... especially the aluminum foil.

there's better ways to direct light than crumpled aluminum foil, it just depends on what your resources are

I would get it positioned directly over the grow area. Ditch the foil. If you want additional support of the bulb you could wire the fixture to a hook screwed into the ceiling of your sump area.
