Refugium

I'm going to be making a refugium in my sump and I'm wondering what is best to put in it. I'm new to this whole thing.

Additional biological media, and Chaeto seems the standard. Additional bio media is not necessary but more seems to be better... I used miracle mud in my last fuge and chaeto. Worked out well for me.

Chaeto is pretty much the norm as far as what to put in the refugium..

I did a poll last month about having a bare bottom or substrate in the refugium, based on the poll results there wasn't really much of a one is more popular over other.
