I picked up some red and green caps about a month ago, they were really thin and growing straight up towards the light, like really thin, Lays potato chip thin. Since in my reef they are all growing super thick and not tall, I like this growth way better, I'd like to understand the change ? Is it brighter lights, better water quality, they went from potato chip thin to almost 1/4" thick. Beautiful color and awesome growth, just completely different. Thoughts ?
