Removing an anemone

Hi I have an anemone that split and now I have 2 in a bio cube 29 I want to remove one because I don't have the room they are getting large dose any one know how to remove it from the rock thanks

Tickle it on the foot! Than the foot loosen! :)

Go under the foot and slowly wedge your finger between the anemone and rock.you can use a power head to get it to shrink first

Im also gonna have to do this, ive got 3 walking around my tank!

I've used a credit card in the past with success. Use gentle pressure with the corner of the card and slowly get under the foot to get it to release.
