Managed to tick him off enough to get him to start to detach a little. Basically he was working against my favor in regards to going under the rock instead of coming out from the rock. Basically after holding my hand underwater holding the power head for about an hour or longer; I tried a credit card and got no where. Honestly I just held the power head on him and then gave him a quick pull and he came right off. Without any damage to the base. He was stuck to my hand for about 5 minutes before he finally gave up and went into a bag. Where he puffed up just as happy as before. Gave him a nice home at the lfs.
