Thank you so much for this post and listing the tubing! This seems to be the only part of my DOS that needs replacing and this is way easier and cost effective.
It is definitely cheaper, and pretty easy to do. The kamoer fxstp and dos (probably others as well) use the same tubing so it’s nice to have on hand. I’ve noticed some vendors carrying the tubing now, although a bit pricier.

You have to be prepared in this hobby folks. Keep backups for the most used hardware. Buy and stock-up parts during major sale events. Items like return pumps, pumps (wave-makers lol), and heaters. I was lucky enough to get some affordable things before prices went up.

In my reefing supply closet:
Two brs titanium heaters plus Inkbird controller.
Tunze Osmolator original version.
VarioS 6 - return pump.
Nero 5/3 and MP40 wet side.
Two DOS replacement heads.
