The part I circled still comes apart for cleaning and maintenance which would be the only think I can think of that you'd need to do other than tearing apart the tank to move it
You're probably right. I have this bad habit of putting valves where they are difficult to reach. I just find it easier to remove it using the unions rather than taking out the stem.
