Repurpose a SKIMZ reactor

Long story short..

I have a skimz reator MBR 517 That the LED has crapped out on, and the pump is in/out.. It will run for a bit and then stop/restart.

Has anyone reused this for a reactor or some ther thing. Just trying to figure out what to do with it, the LED (if you can find one) is like 100 bucks.. the pump is $$ too..

if the bottom of this reactor is clear, it would make an awesome Port Hole for a camera lens
