Reset 200 Gallon help

Hello everyone welcome to the reset of my 200 gallon Build. As some of yall may have seen i've been battling aptasia for almost a year and i've discovered that in my refugium there is a aptasia. It was only in the display that was covered. Now it's in the refugium which was the last straw. I want some advice. obviously I'm gonna be putting water into some storage bins and put the fish in there while I reset the tank. My question is what should I use to sterilize the tank so that I don't have any aptasia left in the tank. should I run my pumps and skimmer and gfo and carbon reactors to clean them? with whatever ya'll recommend to clean it or should I take everything out. Thanks for any advice on this I will be taking out the rock and sand and starting new with dry rock and a very extensive quarantine system.

Main questions for those who don't wanna read
1. what chemical should I use to sterilize the aquarium from all aptasia.
2. can I run all my pumps,wavemakers,skimmer,media reactors while the tank has the sterilizing stuff in it.
3.What should I take out and how should I clean it.

Setup:
Red sea reefer 750 Xxl
4 filter socks
eshopps s-200
chemi pure dual gfo,carbon media reactor

1. Not sure what to recommend here.

2. I think you can run your pumps and wavemakers, but probably not the skimmer or any reactors.

3. I'd probably clean all the equipment separately in stages, starting with whatever you need to remove during treatment. I would definitely scrub the overflow and as much of the piping as you can access. In terms of the equipment, an EzeClean and hot water bath has always worked well (avoid vinegar on any pumps).

3a. After the sump, I'd focus on the return pump dead last.

Is there no way not to re start? I mean. Yes you cab take out all the rock. Coral. And fish and do a deep cleaning and set it all back up...
U say they are in ur fuge now and no where else?

There all in the display and fuge so I suspect they are also in the piping overflow I have berghia in there now but my own opinion is it would take too much time and effort rather than just shutting it down and cleaning then restarting only fish in there rn

I’ve bought berghia they haven’t made a dent in about a month I’ve had them in there and I’m just so so tired of it

That will start a cycle replacing rock in there

I'd still add a copper band butterfly fish or equivalent. Longnose ect to get the ones u miss when u set back up

You can do half ur rock and keep some u think don't have aptasia to seed but yes u will see mini cycles.

Well that’s why I’m asking what chemical I should run to kill it all bc all the rock and sand will be removed

I wouldn't wanna ruin ur equipment so it's hard to say or advise...
I personally clean my equipment with white vinegar or sicce pump clean. People who let it soak in white vinegar have exp magnet swelling so maybe throw a cheap pump just in case. Lol.

If it was my tank. I'd run bleach. Followed by the white vinegar. Followed by fresh. Followed by fresh.

Definitely do not run vinegar with all your equipment in the tank. Not sure about bleach, but anything with magnets or rubber o-rings I'd probably avoid. If you're doing the whole tank I don't think EzeClean is going to be cost effective, but you may be able to find a natural alternative.
