Return nozzle diffusion ideas?

I was wondering if anyone has any good ideas for diffusing the water coming from the return pump. I my tank the water from the return pump causes the sand to constantly blow away from the front glass. I have a single line from the return pump with a fan nozzle and have tried moving it to multiple different spots. Any information would be appreciated.

You could split the line with a T or Y diverting it. Or you can put a ball valve reducing its flow

Pull the nozzle, I use just a Y.

Split each return nozzle with a "Y". Point all the ends to the surface of the water to create ripples which give you excellent shimmer in the tank and surface oxygenized and moving to your sump.
