Return pump and heater not turning on instantly after turning them off in Apex? Worried

This wasn't an issue a couple months back but when I go to do water changes and turn the return pump and heater back on through the Apex app. They don't turn on instantly, sometimes it takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Not sure why, I don't have any special programming running on these. However, when I turn on my Powerhead or ATO it turns on instantly.

Please post the programming for your return pump and heater. Even though you say there’s no “special programming”, we can’t help troubleshoot without seeing how it’s configured.

Hey thanks for the quick response, not sure how I can access the coding section but heres all I have in my heater
