Return pump does anyone have any experiance with the sicca syncra SDC multifunction pump 9.0

Does anyone have issues with noise level on the sicca syncra multifunction 9.0 pump

Thanks I did some research and have found that some are quite and there’s not. I need a pump that is going to be quite My tank is in the family room.

I have the adv version as my return pump for 2 years now and it’s quiet and strong. I have a valve after it to regular flow and it works great.

I have had mine for 3 years in the basement. It's running at 42 Db. I definatly had to run extra length of soft hose to quiet it down to that.

I have ridged plumbing . Today I will install the pump and see how it goes.

Ridged plumbing connected right to it will vibrate and cause excessive noise for sure.

I would, for security. I have about 2' piece braided after and a foot spa hose on the intake. Mine is external mount.
