return pump nozzle enquiry

looking for what to search for,I have seen on numerous videos what looks like an adjustable return pump flow nozzle,looks like you can adjust it to point return flow at different areas in tank looks to be made up of several seperate pieces. I have no idea what to search for,perhaps they are 3d printed i dont know. Any help to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated

Yes thats kind of the thing im after im guessing,does anyone know where to buy apart from the main website?
