Looking to upgrade.

I've had the DCT4000 for awhile now, I like it. It's quiet and does it's job. The only weird thing about it is sometimes on restart after the feeding, it spools up twice, not sure if it's a feature or not. Works great though.

I have an 8000, no complaints so far. Very quiet. We'll see how long it lasts. People have had them a couple years now, no issues. 1/3 the price of comparable pumps, so if it lasts 3-4 years im happy.

Mine has been rock sold for 4+ months now, very happy and will buy again. Also running PP8 power heads in my 90 and just order a CR25 Gyre for my 30L. Running aqua link wifi controllers on the PPs and couldn't be happier for the price

I have the DC3000. Works great and isn't loud. They have DCT3000 which is the newer version but its GPH is higher than the regular DC.

What size tank?

I am running the 12000 in my 90'gal. Very quiet. Pushes a lot of water. The 12000 is overkill for a 90 but I run 2 reactors off a manifold on the return line. There have been some who have had issues with the controller failing. Might be a good idea to have a backup pump just in case

+1 to all of the advice above. To add to it, I've run some of the jecod pumps (3000, 6000 and 12,000) and one thing to remember is that they lose the volume of water they say they can push with any head whatsoever. E.g., had a 3000 running into a 40 gallon frag tank with 3 feet of head (a lot more 90 degree fittings than I would have liked), and the turnover I was getting was not good, enough for me to pull the 3000 and upgrade to a 6000.
Another piece of solid advice is to buy that brand of pump from Logan Vanghele @Reef Breeders . Website is: https://www.reefbreeders.com/shop/jebao-dc-return-pumps/ and looks like they are having a sale, so if you haven't committed your credit card somewhere else....
If you don't know Logan yet, you will. Best customer service in the industry, and he makes a truly beautiful series of fixtures that eclipse all of the big names in LED lighting.
Oh yeah, @reeferfoxx is definitely right on that advice, make sure you get the DCT version.

Good luck Blizz! Nice to meet ya man!

I ran the 3000 on a 65 for more then a year and it worked great never any problems. But I did always clean it every 3-4 months. Now I have the 15000 on my 220 and it moves the water no problem. And my 3000 is used in my waste water barrels as a pump to water the yard and wash my vehicles through a 3/4in 25ft garden hose and still has enough pressure to spray 10+feet. Great pumps in my opinion, just don't restrict them right at the output or else they will build up to much back pressure and reset themselves.

What he said. Sounds like you figured out the issues that I had. That was what was happening to mine, but i didn't realize i had so much going on right at the output...
