Return pump recommendations.

I'm starting a 30 cube build and am looking for return pump recommendations. The sump will have a footprint of aprox. 14 x 17. I plan to have a 180 deg sump where the overflow dumps into a sock at the back of the sump, overflows into a front chamber where the skimmer will sit, and then into a thirid chamber, again at the back for return pump.
