return pump size for 24 aquapod

Does anyone know what size powerhead to get for a return for my 24 aquapod? The stock pump is so weak, and I want as powerful as I can, but it also needs to fit in the back part. I was thinking maxijet 400, any thoughts?

FYI the maxi jets are loud. At least my maxi-jet 900 is. I hate it
