I have a 40x32x24” tank approx 110 gallons

I had planned to run a refugium and three reactors off my return pump so I picked up an Abyzz A200 rated at 3700 gph. I’ve decided to ditch the refugium and reactors.

My question is could I run the A200 at 30% or would I be better off switching it out for an A100 rated at 1800gph?

With just the tank in the picture, you really don't need any more than 600gph at the tank, so even after headloss,
( guessing average headloss of 5'-6' ) the A100 would be more than plenty.
