So, I've tried Revive twice and both times Acro's have lost tissue. The first time I thought it was because I left them in the dip too long or because I dipped all the coral together. So, this time I was much more careful. I followed the directions adding 4 caps to one gallon of tank water and dipped each coral separately for 15 minutes. Its only been a few hours since the dip and the three Acro's i dipped have already lost tissue. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

Probably not anything. Coral can loose tissue for a variety of reasons and shipping stress is just one that might explain why you're having problems. If you've recieved all of your acros from the same source you might try a different source or try a different dipping product.

That's just it. These corals were from a Frag Swap on Saturday. They weren't shipped at all and have been in a holding tank since then getting 50% water changes from the tank. The temporary holding tank had plenty of flow, light and was temperature controlled. They were fine, no tissue loss. Then, I dip them and two hours later they have lost tissue. It seems clear to me the dip is causing this. It makes me not want to dip corals anymore.

It seems to me that something in my dip process is causing this. I'm not blaming the dip itself. Just wanted to clarify. I am wondering though if it could be the dip itself. Do dips normally cause tissue loss?

Dips can be rough on acros. I'd recommend Bayer/Bio Advanced.

It seems to me there's still a lot of unknowns and you can't rule out the frags had a problem before you go tthem, but try a different product to dip them. A lot of reefers use Bayer like @Cell mentioned, my goto is iodine and there's others. You may feel frustrated but getting a bug or parasite established in your DT is a whole lot worse.
