RFA- what are these bumps?

I know the little ones are supposed to be on the anemone but the larger ones are bumps...its been sick for a few weeks now but is still eating.

That's a RFA? Good luck. I'd pull that one from the tank and keep it in a separate container. I do a lot of RFA stuff and I've never seen one look sick like that.

It almost looks like it has dino algae attached to it.
 
I cant get it off the rock...I've tried manual, "tickling", high flow water... what's your suggestion?
