RFA's mouth moved to the side

What's going on here? The color is normal, but the mouth seems to have shifted off to one side. Any thoughts?

It probably just pinched in the side for a bit, it should eventually stretch out and the mouth will be centered again.

My RFAs will do that if food lands on them. It happens when they close/open up to eat. I wouldn’t worry about it.
