hi every one. I have been in the hobby for 4 years. This is my new tank after taking a year off due to life. It's been up for about 9 months. I have some algae but other then that is doing great. Tank is 48x30x20. 40 gal breeder sump. Reef octopus skimmer, kessil a360we lights, I will be adding a floating hood and some t5 lighting.

And by the way this has been a buget build. Everything here is used except lighting which I sold old lighting to achieve. With out lighting I am only in this tank about 900. Maybe less. Less then 2k with lighting.

Looking good!

All I have is iPhone. Coral pics get too fuzzy. I even got some lenses for phone they still look like crap. I'll try and barrow my bro Inlaw Nikkon see why I can do

So my first year I ran this tank on reef crystals. Second year I switched to salinity. My tank had a slow decline when I switched. Now I am 2 water changes in to switch back and tank is already looking better but I have a long way to go

Yea I think I am done switching salt. I always end up back to reef crystals. Just chasing that perfect salt for no reason.

Finally adding kessil t5 combo that I am building. Here is a photo of the start I will update again once it is finished
