Ricordea missing mouth?

Here's a quick summary.

Ricordea was found upside down in sand in the morning. I put him up but it had a white slime covering it. After cleaning it up a little..The next day it opened but it seems like it's missing it's mouth? I think I even see guts.

What should I do?
