So a friend of mine is thinking about buying some ricordia and I was wondering what people knew about ones colored like this.

They look like an orange Ricordea yuma. I have many in my tank. They are very hardy, once established, and they are also very aggressive. They will kill most corals they come into contact with. It is very common for the orange yumas to have a purple base, orange tentacle tips, and a green transition band between the two colors.

I'm pretty sure they are not orange ricordia. I have several orange too and these don't look any thing like them. Those colors you see are the actual colors of the mushroom. No blue lights, nothing.

+1 Florida Rics , aggressive and need to be established , Allsigns hit it right on the head. They are alot easier than yuma rics though.

These have far too many colors to be orange yuma. I'm very familiar with those. Plus the price on these isn't orange Yuma price. It's not the bubbled look that I'm really curious about, it's the color combinations and over all duel coloring to triple coloring on the individual bumps.
