Just bought a new house with a large room downstairs in the basement that will be my aquarium room. Will have a variety of tank sizes and styles anywhere from 200 gal down to my nano's. The room has short carpet with concrete underneath. I'm wondering if I should tile the walls in order to protect them from water, salt spray damage? Has anyone else done this? Who else has a dedicated aquarium room and what other recommendations to consider?

Thanks
