I rinse my PE mysis. I do not rinse my LRS Fish Frenzy. It never clouds up even in a very small container..

i thawed out a cube in a cup of tank water and then tested it for phosphates. Loaded with phosphates. I now rinse in a small net.

I put several drops of selcon on 2-3 cubes of mysis, with a cube of "Emerald Entree" by San Francisco Bay brand and either cyclopeze or frozen booldworms. This feeds my fish for about 3days...I don't rinse it, my thought is that the corals will use the runoff. I may be very wrong about that though!
