Ritteri question...

I have a 10" ritteri nem. He is very healthy. He has pink tentacles with white tips under kessils. A few of his tentacles are turning a neon yellow-green. Or there is some kind of substance on them, i doubt that though. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Is it possible it's just fluorescent tips showing through after settling in? Post a pic :)

I cant get the flourescent to show up. Its not on the tips and ive had him 5 months.

You can see it partially on the edge of the tentacle right square in the middle
