RKE Multi-Timer Oscillating Mode

I am using the RKE to operate two dosing pumps for Ca and Alk. I have set up the timers in oscillating mode but they both go on and off at the same time. I understand in oscillating mode that the start time does not matter. I would like for them to come on at different times, run on for 90 seconds and off for 28 minutes and 30 seconds. Is there any way to keep them in oscillating mode but not operate at the same time?
