Setting up a timer for dosing pump, no PC, so only using control pad. Could some tell me if this correct?

I would like the pump to turn on at 1130.
Dose for 35 seconds,
Then stay off for 2 minutes,
Then dose again for another 35 seconds

That does look correct. I would test it with water in the pump or another device.

You will need to use the multi-timer function, not on/off function. Then select timer 1 for the timer on one of the timer selections. Leave the others at none.
