A little late but here are some pics of the progression. To date 2 clowns and a few frags..still growing and adding. I love this RM30 that I bought 8 years ago. It sat dry the past 5 years until Last July, as I decided to get back in.

Equipment:

JBJ RM-30 rimless tank, dual pump return
Ecotech MP10W
Kessil A360X light
Eheim 100W heater
Apex Neptune with PH and Temp (I don't care for salinity or ORP probes, useless).
Seneye Reef monitor/probe (mostly for PAR readings but love the NH3 and second PH reading)

Initial setup during first month.

I did change out the light from my JBJ Unibody to a new Kessil A360X. Couldn't be happier.

Have added 2 Mocha Clowns from Sustainable Aquatics, A sweet Hammer, Zoas, Paly's, Purple mushrooms, Duncans, and a Miami hurricane.

Sadly I have lost my Hammer!! No tank parameter issues really...I tried adjusting flow and light..did awesome for 6 months and then over the past 4 weeks boom. Everything else in the tank is exploding with growth. Maybe the tank is a little too clean...I dunno.

Nh3 .001 ppm
Nitrates - 0
Phos - .003 ppm (not measurable on titration kits at all)

Ca - 449
MG - 1320
Alk - 9.0

Dose minor elements weekly Brightwell Replenish

Switched out to the Kessil WiFI dongle today. I like the ease, however if you already own the wired controller it is not doing anything different. I have 2 A360WE that are going to go on our frag tank so I will use the controller for that.

Been awhile since I updated this thread, but the tank is doing well! Wife has inundated and overstocked it so my newer 60gal thread for her fragging is under way. Meanwhile my war carol has almost doubled in size, the 2 Duncan heads are now 11, Zoos are expanding, and the Nirvana Plays exploded taking over a large rock. Since my last update here I have added a Trident, DOS, A360X wifi dongle (will use the wired controller on the 60 build), and switched from Chemi Pure ELite to Chemi pure blue in both return channels. Params are great and my only issue has been a little bit of bubble algae starting to take root. Added an Emerald crab today to keep that at bay. Also had an expolosion of Stomatello snails making it impossible to clean the glass!

Pics will come soon as I can clean the glass enough or receive my clear view viewer to get decent pics.

Here is a quick Pic. Still need cleaner glass but the Stormatello's gave me a break this morning. AS you can see this is why my wife is getting her 60gal frag tank. Way too much in there lol.
