From what I can see they appear identical, same pump, same specs. I wonder if it's just a naming thing with USA using SSS and rest of world using -S?

I just went to LFS and grabbed one but I notice it's a 150-S and not 150SSS. Weird.

Any idea?

No, they're both pump inside. The 150 INT is the one with the pump outside. I notice even BRS's site pictures say 150-S on the cup, but they call it the 150SSS. So I think it's just a naming/marketing thing.

I bought one on black Friday, it's killer so far.
