I've been having problems with my ro/di system. I replace all but the membrane and within one batch of water half of my di resin has changed color and now the tds has gone back up.

Should the water from the waste line be faster than the clean line? Someone suggested I might have a clog.

Thanks in advance

The water from the waster line should be much faster than the RODI clean line.
I learned the hard way: make sure the resin is packed and there is zero pocket of water you can see.
The resin should not change color that fast. Are you sure your tubing wiring has the right sequence??

The waste line water is going to be 3x faster then the clean line but you do need to turn that flush valve when in use. Otherwise you’ll just be flushing the whole time. So what’s your psi when everything is running?
