So I have not changed my filters for about 2 or so years, both my inline TDS meter and handheld TDS meter still read zero. My question is, do I need to replace them?

Sediment filters and carbon filters should be replaced every 6 to 10 months depended on the water quality where you live, ro membranes are approximately every 2 to 3 years. Best way to tell is to have a pressure gauge between your last carbon block and ro membrane, and when the pressure drops it's time to change the pre-filters

The TDS is just tracking the function of the DI.
The sediment filter should be changed on the basis of pressure after it, or on the total water flow rate getting too low.
The carbon cartridge (which serves to remove chlorine and protect the membrane), would typically be replaced based on gallons through it, or getting clogged, etc.
Don't replace the RO membrane unless flow gets too low, or it fails with a hole, etc.
