I'm setting up my Regal 250 EXT skimmer and for the life of me I can't get the inlet of the air pump to stop leaking (part J on the exploded diagram). I did add the O-ring shown on the diagram. It's not leaking from the thread connection to pump, it's leaking just upstream of that - where the "union" piece connects to the threaded adapter. I tried tightening to no avail. Any ideas?

Sorry for the issues you are having with your skimmer. If you have not done so already place some silicone oring lubricant on the oring. Then attach the venturi plumbing assembly to the intake of the pump then attach the pump with intake plumbing to the skimmer body and tighten each of the two unions evenly till hand tightened. It is best to use the oring lubricant on all orings. If it continues to leak please visit our support portal at support.coralvue.com and submit a ticket with a short video or detailed photos if possible for our techs to review and further support you with your issue.
