Looks like a nice container. Says it's for potable water and it's polyethylene, so I would say yes.

I really like Brine tanks that are typically used for water softeners. They work well and look better than Brute trashcans.
Prices are reasonable.
Want to buy a brine tank without the safety float etc... so you can drill holes the way you like.
