is this normal or is it melting ? Water parameters are normal ? Please help

How new is your tank? (It's hard to tell much in such a blue photo.)

Would you like a photo with white light ? And no not a new tank I also have 2 long tentacle nems that are doing fine
 
Just guessing here... too much flow? It probably doesn't need as much as the men's (at least until acclimated).
 
Yes, white light please. And how long have you had the rock flower?

Overnight damage always make me think of attack.
It may be helpful to post your parameters, you good and others may be quite different.

No shrimps at all , just snails , and Hermit crabs
