Any one else RFAs have the pucker looking mouth? Some how all of mine have it. They didn’t start like that it seemed to happen after feeding.

Either:
Expelling waste
High phosphate
Or getting ready to split

I don’t direct feed them anymore and they have Been like this for months. And I constantly have low nutrients so it’s not that either.

RFA split? Is it true?
They reproduce asexually. The RFA divides itself at the base and while it takes a few weeks will start to bud as a 2nd oral disc emerges and a new one is produced
