Rock flower nem likes its cup

i bought a beautiful rock flower anemone at the DRC swap this weekend. I did a slow drip acclimation and it is still looking happy. Minor problem... it is happy staying in its cup :)

How do I convince it to come out?

That was stressful (mostly for me) :)

Once I got a nail slightly under it it pretty much released. Thanks for the advice.

It looks green here but it is more yellow and a bright red
