How long have you had the rock anemone?

Looks like it's just trying to find a comfortable spot.

Had for 5 months. It's was releasing some white stuff.

It was spawning, do you have others near it? If not it won't cause any problems just make sure your carbon or other chemical media is changed or if it's new ish don't worry about it.
