I am stumped. Have a friend that had a spectrapure rodi 7 stage. He changed out filters and now has no output. What could cause this?

Probably has something hooked up wrong, but without photos, impossible to say.

Is his manual flush valve open? Feel free to have him call us when he is in front of the system and we'll get it squared away pronto.
