RODI Unit Help

My tds used to be 0 but its now 1. I’m unsure of what part I need to replace and how to do it, as this is my first time dealing or having to replace something with my filter (BRS 4 Stage filter) Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

The filter cartridge on the right side is the one that needs changing… it’s the DI resin, specifically!

The included BRS DI resin (tiny plastic balls) changes color from a bluish to the tan/brownish as it becomes exhausted, and is housed inside a plastic cartridge within that blue housing! (You can use the color change to determine when it’s nearing exhaustion)

I’d recommend watching a BRS how-to video on replacing your DI resin; the primary thing to keep in mind is that you want to pack the cartridge very tight with DI resin so water cannot easily channel around the beads!

There are a lot of videos on YouTube which describe when and how to change the various RODI cartridges.

Tip: Google “DI resin packing set”. Those are useful for packing the resin.
