I started this build back in April of last year. Here are some specs of the tank and equipment I'm using.
Tank Details:
150g Great Lakes rimless aquarium
48" x 36" x 20" high
3 sides 1/2" starphire glass
Black silicone
Painted black back, Krylon brush on
Black acrylic internal overflow box with 2, 1" drains
2, 3/4" locline returns
Sump Details:
55g glass tank, Tetra from Petco
3 Chambers with 15g refugium
Mag 12 return pump
8'' water height skimmer section
2, 4'' filter socks
Lighting:
3 Aquaillumination Vega Colors, black
AI wireless controller
Black EXT mounting sysystem
Other Equipment:
2, Tunze 6105's
Tunze 7096 controller
Apex controller
Euro Reef skimmer
BRS dosing pumps
BRS GFO and Carbon reactors
2, Finnex titanium heaters
Ranco controller
Reef Fanatic ATO

Figuring out where to place the baffles for the sump

Plumbing done, sump water testing

Place to hide all the electrical equipment and wiring

What did you use for the screen on top ???
I used the kit from Bulk Reef Supply. I made it to fit on the inside of the tank rim. I used Pieces of acrylic screwed to the corners to sit on top of the tank rim to suspend it. The acrylic also made it a stronger joint. I didn't trim the screen on the back, so it would hang over the gap I have my powerhead wires running through.

Changed from my BRS dosing pumps to the Neptune Systems DOS controlled by my Apex! I love these pumps. Super easy to set up and calibrate and adjust. I can change dosing amounts easily with my phone. They are pretty quiet for dosing 2 part solutions and never hear them run.
