Royal Exclusiv Products US Availability?

Does anyone know what the deal with Royal Exclusiv (USA/Europe) is these days? No one answers the phone, the emails you send them go unanswered. Their resellers (BRS, etc.) can't give you product ETAs.

I'd like to buy one of their pumps but not if there is literally no one on the other end of the line. I know that some companies are struggling, post-pandemic, with their supply chains, but usually it's a matter of having TOO much inventory and nowhere to store it.

Anyone know what the deal is with Royal Exclusiv? Are they going to exist in a year's time?

I just called them yesterday. They didn't answer so I left a message then of course I stepped away from my phone and they called. After that I called back twice and they answered both times. They also answered my email.

I wondered about them as well, noticing the lack of parts from BRS. It would suck to have a $2k pump and not be able to get an impeller or service.

Overpriced junk if the customer service sucks.

It’s like ecotech, although you get some service there.

Spoke to one of their US reps.

They couldn't provide any details at all but said that the RD3 series was officially cancelled, not making any more, and that something new is to be released, date unknown.

You'd think that they'd want to convey that information to their customer base, as well as potential customers, because that's pretty important

They have always responded via email and or phone call for me...
