Hello, I got a 34gal with a couple pf clown fish and a royal gramma, for almost a year. All parameters are stable. About a month ago the royal gramma started to remain in his caves all the time, just reached out for food, i assumed he got picked by the clowns. 7days ago he rushed out of his cave and started swimming tightly all over the rocks and sand, then swimming erratically, stoped eating and now just floating at the surface facing up, switched him to the qt, but I don’t see any sign of desease. I had a couple of fireworms 3 weeks ago, but took them out, I checked on his caves, in case one of them got him, but couldn’t find any other worm. Any idea what I can do?

Thank you all!! Just starting with this hobby, had freshwater for years, but with this I feel lost sometimes. The clowns are great! They did pair about a month ago, when he started to hide. I don’t anything on him, scales are good and so are his fins.
Now I got him on a small 5gal QT, with only a cascade filter and heater.
I covered the tank for a couple of days, but didn’t see any progress, still not eating ☹️

The parameters are:
Kh 8
Nh3/4 0
Ph 8.2
N2 0
N3 5
Salinity 1.24

Thank you all for your suggestions!

Welcome to R2R!
Moving Pictures Hello GIF

Can you post pictures of the fish so we can see if there are wounds or signs of an infection or anything. Also post your parameters. Are the clowns acting and seem fine?
Thank you!
