10/21/2020 UPDATE ON THE CUBE!!

I decided to rip the sand out and go Bare Bottom. This tank is going to be my SPS dominate high flow tank and I really want to be able to crank up the flow.

The tank is running FOWLR right now until the 5-6 month mark I wanna wait it out until I can see some stability with my Ph Calcium and ALK that being said I need to buy a Hanna ALK tester I just haven't gotten around to it yet I own a dosing pump but I would never dose what I don't test.

I Turned my skimmer on the other day and it is doing great (Knock on wood) I made a very small adjustment and my skim-mate is dark. I like to dry skim I feel like it is more beneficial.

10/30/20 UPDATE!!

Went to my LFS and picked up a DOS I got it set up thanks too the APEX Articles in R2R! all in all it was pretty easy to set up I have it doing a AWC as we speak.

The tank is Crusin along!! Fish are doing great and (knock on wood) not a lot of algae build up in the tank after the WC I will run some test.

I set up Kalkwasser in the ATO last week and noticed my PH Slowly climbing and my DKH hovers around 9.3 I want to make sure it stays at that level with out any fluctuation.

I noticed my tank is evaporating at a faster rate this week for some strange reason.. BUT I just remembered on the weekend I was cleaning the house and opened the living room windows for an extended amount of time.

That is all for now. I will post some pics of the tank and my Water parameters this weekend.. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!;Nailbiting;Nailbiting;Nailbiting;Nailbiting;Nailbiting:eek::eek::eek:

Nice tank, with a lot of hardware. I can't wait to see it when you add the corals. Keep the fotos coming :)

But isn't a 45g tank a bit too small for a "tang gang"?
Thank you! I have plans on buying a 180gallon tank Early 2021 So I will grow them out in the 45gallon then move them over.
