Am I running too much flow? I have a rsm250 and have added 2 mp40s on opposite ends of the tank. I have them set at 20%. Is that too much flow for a mixed tank? My corals are doing okay... Montis, birds nest, stylo, Leathers, toadstool and mushrooms.

Can’t tell without photo or video. But I’d go off the reaction of the corals. You mentioned “they are all doing ok” so if they have polyp extension and none of them are in the direct blast I think you’re good.
