RSR 425XL and MP40s... What do you have them set at?

Just wanted to see what everyone was using for flow in their tanks and what their experience is... looking to improve my flow on my mixed reef.
I'm about to add SPS, so im changing it up a bit, I've got MP40s at opposite ends, alternating between reef crest and constant mode as written up on Ecotech's wwc coral lab, just not sure what % to set them at...

I have two MP40s (one on each end of my 425XL). For the most part I was running them on the same schedule as you (alternating constant and reef crest). Added a smaller Monti cap plate that didn't make it. Not sure if it was the flow or the lighting. I have two Radios xr15s (running coral lab mode at 75% overall (so 52% intensity at the highest point according to the eco smart website). What settings did you end up running?
